Key Responsibilities

  • •Suggest looks based on customer needs, latest trends, and current promotions consistent with the Levi’s service approach.
  • •Promote Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment) and follow store procedures and policies.
