  • •Serve as the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • •Lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align them with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • •Develop and implement best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, and optimization.
  • •Oversee integration, daily administration/operations, reliability/security/performance, and license management to remain compliant with ServiceNow licensing agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with ServiceNow as an architect or team leader.
  • •Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD development, configuration, and administration.

  • •Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssist AI (advantage).
  • •Leadership skills with experience managing technical teams, plus excellent communication and collaboration skills (good English).
