Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience developing industrial automation, controls, or automated manufacturing equipment.
  • •Hands-on PLC programming experience and ability to integrate sensors, actuators, instrumentation, and distributed I/O.
  • •Understanding of industrial electrical and controls systems (e.g., 24 VDC I/O, drives, motors, industrial networks) and machine logic (interlocks, alarms, fault handling).
  • •Experience commissioning or troubleshooting automated equipment, including reading electrical schematics and supporting production ramp.
