Job Summary

Own special projects supporting the Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer and SVP, Corporate Strategy. Coordinate project commitments, develop ad hoc reports and presentations, and perform valuation analysis by building financial valuation models for M&A, strategic, and innovation opportunities. Support M&A deal evaluation and due diligence by coordinating cross-functional subject matter experts, conducting industry research, and creating benchmarking tools for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate/orchestrate projects and commitments involving the Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer and SVP, Corporate Strategy.
•Develop ad hoc reports and presentations to meet evolving needs.
•Build and develop financial valuation models to evaluate M&A, strategic, and innovation opportunities.
•Assist in evaluating potential M&A deals by gathering information and preparing materials for senior leadership.
•Coordinate teams of subject matter experts for diligence and execution of M&A, strategy, and innovation projects.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in corporate development/strategy, investment banking, management consulting, private equity/venture capital, or related fields.
•Direct involvement in corporate strategy and/or M&A transaction execution with cross-functional coordination (financial analysis, due diligence, project coordination).
•Experience building financial valuation models and performing valuation analysis for M&A, strategic, and innovation opportunities.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for diligence and project execution.
•Minimum education: HS Diploma (or equivalency).
