Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and senior data scientists within Product Data & Analytics, partnering with business units to drive portfolio, revenue, and go-to-market decisions. Own data analytics strategy and the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions, overseeing project planning and execution. Develop and deploy advanced predictive and prescriptive models, stay current on AI/ML innovation, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, senior data scientists, and business analysts; foster innovation and continuous learning.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics and data infrastructure strategy to drive insights and strategic decisions.
•Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
•Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, to solve complex business problems.
•Collaborate with senior leadership and communicate complex insights and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of experience in data science and data analytics/business insights.
•Experience coaching, training, and mentoring teams on data analytics solutions.
•Strong knowledge of current AI/ML technologies and trends, including data science libraries and tools.
•Experience across the data analytics project lifecycle (data management, data mining, reporting, and data product development).
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, plus Hadoop environments, SQL, and Python.
