  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, technology, implementation, operations, risk, and commercial functions.
  • •Establish product governance, architecture principles, release priorities, and disciplined change control; develop the commercial model, pricing approach, and performance measures.
  • •Provide oversight for early client deployments and transition to ongoing service delivery; create a scalable multi-client service model and recruit/lead the required team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology platforms, technology-enabled services, complex implementations, or managed operations.
  • •Proven success launching or scaling a platform, productized service, subscription offering, or multi-client services business.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, business applications, data, integration, cybersecurity, and service management.
  • •Experience leading complex programs across internal teams, software providers, systems integrators, and managed-service partners.
