Job Summary

Support the OnTrend video agency network by coordinating agency-seller collaborations and matching groups, maintaining external-facing operational documents, and tracking program performance. Help translate trend and viral video research into actionable video briefs for brand partners, while assisting with timelines, submissions, and deliverables. Work with cross-functional seller operations, creator, campaign, brand/category, and external agency partners to improve campaign execution and drive content output and GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate and coordinate matching groups between TAP video agencies and sellers/brands with proper documentation and progress updates.
•Track TAP performance (agency participation, seller coverage, video output, campaign progress) and share summaries, insights, and next steps.
•Maintain and update external-facing agency documents including trackers, guidelines, campaign briefs, onboarding materials, and FAQs.
•Support creation of viral video briefs for brand partners by identifying relevant trends, content angles, creator formats, hooks, and product storytelling opportunities.
•Monitor timelines, follow-ups, submissions, and deliverables across agencies, sellers, and internal stakeholders; support ad-hoc operational tasks.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
•Strong organizational skills managing multiple trackers, documents, and follow-ups.
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication skills coordinating with different stakeholders.
•Able to analyze basic data and turn weekly progress into clear summaries or insights.
