Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and execute accounting functions to report the financial position of ultra-high net-worth clients.
  • •Oversee bill pay and day-to-day accounts payable, including vendor management, invoice review, and wire creation for approval.
  • •Create cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting for high-net-worth clients.
  • •Prepare and review timely, accurate financial reports and analyses, including ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
  • •Maintain client household payroll and oversee/train junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records.
