Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the ready-mix concrete truck safely and efficiently to deliver to construction sites, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or repair issues as needed.
  • •Manage deliveries including checking delivery tickets for special instructions, maintaining communication with the dispatcher, and completing required records.
  • •Maintain product quality by monitoring gauges and ensuring correct mix contents (e.g., slump, fiber/color/additives) before delivery.
  • •Collect money from customers, record transactions, rinse out drum and chutes, and dump slurry per established procedures.
