Compliance Manager

Lead Trane Technologies’ annual SOX compliance program as part of the SOX Compliance team. Oversee control design documentation, perform and supervise testing of key controls, and drive identification and remediation of deficiencies with control owners and local management. Support annual risk assessment and control design assessment processes, partner with Internal Audit, and use SOX metrics to track remediation progress. Provide guidance on testing and documentation best practices.
