Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans to deliver Starlink to civilian government programs.
  • •Grow and build the enterprise account management function and hire/lead the team.
  • •Identify and build tools and capabilities for scalable account management, partnering with application software and finance teams to automate.
  • •Own non-technical project management and ensure contract requirements are delivered on time and meet contract terms.
  • •Take extreme ownership of activation goals and forecasted revenue, manage customer interface and feedback, and retain/grow account value.

Key Requirements
