Job Summary

Inside Sales Specialist will manage CRM leads, analyze quarterly results, coordinate distributor events, and drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to promote Ajax Systems’ security solutions. You’ll build long-term customer relationships, prepare proposals, and meet monthly/quarterly targets while collaborating across departments in a remote-friendly Paris-based role.

Key Responsibilities

•CRM leads management, analysis, and follow-up; Partner Portal quarterly results management, analysis, and follow-up
•Distributors events: Invitation and follow-up, checking lists of participants, event feedback, and improvements to increase sales and leads
•Ajax events: leads qualification/tracking and follow-up
•Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's solutions
•Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated by other sales channels

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level) and French (native proficiency)
•Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
•Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
•Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
