Key Responsibilities

  • •Eseguire trattamenti termici localizzati su apparecchiature industriali (shell & tube, air cooler e altri componenti) installando resistenze, isolamenti e collegando termocoppie e cavi di alimentazione.
  • •Programmare e monitorare le macchine di trattamento secondo le procedure tecniche, intervenendo in caso di anomalie e rimuovendo i componenti a fine ciclo.
  • •Eseguire trattamenti in forno a gas: posizionare i pezzi sul carro dedicato, collegare le termocoppie di controllo, programmare il forno e gestire il ciclo con attenzione alle fasi critiche.
  • •Supportare i reparti produttivi quando non sono previsti trattamenti, svolgendo attività come movimentazione e assemblaggio componenti, infilaggio tubi e preparazione apparecchi per prove idrauliche.
  • •Collaborare con i reparti produttivi anche durante la preparazione alla spedizione finale.

  • •Buona manualità e precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e affidabilità nello svolgimento delle attività operative.
  • •Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza generali e specifiche relative ai trattamenti termici e capacità di rispettare le procedure tecniche.
  • •Saper leggere disegni tecnici e le procedure emesse dall’Ufficio Tecnologico per eseguire correttamente i cicli di trattamento.
  • •Nozioni elettriche di base per la gestione delle resistenze e dei collegamenti (termocoppie e cablaggi di alimentazione).
  • •Competenza nell’uso dei bruciatori a gas e conduzione dei forni industriali, con attenzione continua e capacità di gestione autonoma durante cicli anche oltre le 24 ore.
