Job Summary

Build and strengthen Oyster’s global vendor ecosystem by managing relationships with Health & Safety and Compliance service providers. Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and service expectations, resolve operational and compliance escalations, and support vendor governance through reviews and audits. Partner with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product) to improve vendor-supported processes, increase consistency and scalability, and drive operational excellence with AI-enabled automation where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day relationships with Health & Safety and Compliance vendors and act as a trusted point of contact.
•Monitor and report on vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and service expectations, including tracking trends, risks, and recurring issues.
•Support Health & Safety and Compliance vendor management by ensuring services meet regulatory and customer requirements and resolving compliance-related escalations.
•Investigate root causes for vendor-related operational issues, coordinate timely resolutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
•Drive vendor improvement and operational excellence by identifying process improvements and working cross-functionally on scalability and customer experience initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 130,000 - 160,000 annually

•Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and escalations.
