Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coach associates on sales training and service practices to ensure high-level customer service and sales.
  • •Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Participate in training for new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, service practices, and store policies, including loss prevention.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and supervise the store team in the absence of management.
