•Lead and own end-to-end project management for multiple high-impact group-level strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery.
•Direct complex projects by defining priorities and resolving critical path conflicts.
•Coordinate cross-functionally across business, product, R&D, QA, and other teams to align on goals and deliverables.
•Establish and scale project management processes and governance, including audits/health checks and continuous closed-loop optimization.
•Design and maintain KPI dashboards/metrics, analyze project data to identify bottlenecks and risks, and optimize project management toolchains.

Key Requirements

•Required: bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
