Lead the Energy Services go-to-market strategy for the Municipal sector, building vertical-specific programs and driving bookings and pipeline health. •Design and execute the Energy Services go-to-market strategy for the Municipal sector, including vertical-specific programming and campaigns.
•Coach and support Account Executives in developing and structuring complex energy deals and customized commercial structures.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced deal strategy, financial modeling, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
•Hire, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives, setting objectives, tracking performance, and building consultative selling capabilities.
•Oversee sales execution: forecast pipeline accurately and provide hands-on support for major pursuits, deal reviews, and proposals.

•Solid understanding of funding mechanisms and long-term financial planning for higher education decision-making processes.
•Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
