Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop commercial and engagement strategies across each client’s annual lifecycle to grow your book, using NRR as the north star metric.
  • •Onboard accounts to ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement over the customer lifecycle.
  • •Serve as the primary contact to resolve questions via email/phone, run periodic customer success reviews, and coordinate issue resolution with Product and Engineering.
  • •Grow revenue through retention, renewals, upgrades, increased product adoption, cross-sales of new product modules, and increased user counts.
  • •Maintain relationships across customer personas and proactively identify account risks, driving churn mitigation to achieve high client health scores.
