Research Engineer - Agency and Reasoning

The role contributes to Zyphra’s Agency and Reasoning team, performing novel reinforcement learning research and human preference learning, then scaling ideas to next-generation language models. You will prototype and implement research from conception to execution, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and apply insights to improve model behavior and reasoning capabilities in production-scale systems.
