Mortgage Loan Officer (Full Time) - Plano

Source and originate eligible mortgage loans by converting leads from bank centers, realtors, home builders, financial planners, and networking relationships. Review mortgage applications, explain required documentation, and set realistic expectations for borrowers. Use knowledge of bank credit policies and GSE, FHA, and VA guidelines to assess creditworthiness and guide files through underwriting to closing while ensuring compliance and clear communication throughout the customer experience.
