Insomniac - Seasonal F&B Project Manager

Plan and oversee festival food & beverage operations end-to-end for Insomniac events. Own vendor and sponsor coordination, design F&B layouts using site maps and crowd flow, manage logistics (sanitation, staging, power, credentials), support internal stakeholders, and lead seasonal F&B teams. Build budgets and schedules, manage on-site execution and compliance, run post-event analyses, and coordinate domestic travel as needed. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles.
