Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of AI products from requirements, Epics and user stories to development, QA, and launch in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • •Product Delivery: Translate high-level product strategy into detailed, actionable product plans. Define and refine product requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for AI features and tools.
  • •Cross-functional Collaboration: Work day-to-day with ML engineers, platform engineers, designers, and QA to ensure successful and timely delivery of product milestones.
  • •AI Use Case Implementation: Partner with engineering and data science teams to turn promising AI use cases (e.g., image classification, generative AI, predictive analytics) into reliable, production-ready features.
  • •Launch Execution: Support product launches with documentation, training materials, go-to-market inputs, and customer-facing support in coordination with sales and marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • •15+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3–5 years delivering AI/ML-powered solutions
  • •Demonstrated success in shipping production-grade AI products in B2B or industrial/public sector environments
  • •Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies including supervised learning, transformers, neural nets, and generative AI with an emphasis on real-world deployment challenges
