Job Summary

Product Marketing intern working to bring Leapsome’s story to life for the German market. You’ll build and localize collateral, enable GTM teams, and leverage AI tools to scale content while preserving brand voice. Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, and Brand to convert context into on-brand assets and own focused projects end-to-end.

•Build and adapt core product marketing collateral: pitch deck slides, one-pagers, sales narratives, web copy, and campaign assets used by GTM teams
•Translate and localize content for the German market with native-level quality focusing on tone and product proof points
•Support GTM enablement: prepare live training, maintain process documentation, and keep enablement library tidy for Sales and CS
•Use AI tools to scale content production while preserving brand voice, accuracy, and taste
•Partner with Product, Sales, CS, and Brand to gather product context, customer proof, and competitive insight, turning it into on-brand assets
