Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of inside sales representatives and/or supervisors to accomplish revenue and expense targets.
•Collaborate with management to align team strategies with broader sales and business objectives.
•Refine call strategies, provide market perspectives, and execute process enhancements to meet sales goals.
•Compile and deliver regular performance reports, highlight progress and challenges, and identify opportunities.
•Oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage customer escalations, and initiate outbound marketing/installed base initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of job-related experience in inside sales/tele sales or related areas.
•Or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales.
•Strong account management and customer relationship management skills.
•Familiarity with sales process, sales prospecting, and sales strategy development.
