Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in efficient landscape maintenance, including routine grounds keeping and responding to work orders on a regular schedule.
  • •Work with the landscaping team on daily tasks and assist with absences as needed.
  • •Maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and ground covers; landscape through planting, trimming, and maintaining flower beds.
  • •Perform seasonal cleanups and exterior maintenance such as shoveling snow, applying anti-skid, pressure washing, and cleaning gutters/roof drains.
  • •Close out work orders via iPad or a computerized maintenance management system and handle emergency/non-emergency service requests.
