Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing career and performance development, mentoring, and process improvements while aligning with programs’ technical, cost, and schedule goals.
•Partner with E&P Chief Technologist, Department Leader, and Technical Fellows to allocate resources and meet Raytheon priorities and commitments for energetic and propulsion programs.
•Provide technical guidance, communicate with stakeholders, and develop customer relationships; present technically to programs and leadership as needed.
•Oversee section member assignments, performance, and recognition, ensuring conformance to established procedures and work instructions.
•Support design, development, and integration of Energetics and Propulsion systems and contribute to Bid and Proposal efforts.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
•8 years of experience in Energetics & Propulsion engineering or related
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for clearance
