  • •Manage OS and collaborate with software developers and end-users to diagnose issues.
  • •Manage infrastructure services, application deployments, cloud services, and monitoring; provide visibility into performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of AWS experience with IaC/IaaS and AWS CDK preferred; working with AWS services such as VPC, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, and SSM.
  • •2+ years of networking experience including Linux/Windows administration and network fundamentals like VPC, NACLs, security groups, DNS, subnetting, and network debugging tools.
  • •3 years of coding and automation experience across the SDLC in Agile environments; implement and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • •Proficiency in C# and TypeScript/JavaScript/Python, and PowerShell (required).
  • •1–3 years of relational database experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with two others.
