Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as administrator and product owner for Planhat and Zendesk, including health scoring, playbooks, workflows, triggers, SLAs, routing, Salesforce integrations, and reporting.
  • •Continuously improve PX operational systems and support administration of LMS/CMS platforms for partner education and enablement.
  • •Design, refine, QA, and implement workflows that enable PX teams to operate efficiently across the full partner lifecycle from deal close through implementation, adoption, support, and renewal.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into partner health, adoption/utilization, support volume, SLA attainment, and retention trends.
  • •Partner with Finance on renewal and retention forecasting, commission report analysis, and revenue-related insights; represent PX needs in cross-functional RevOps planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS company (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • •Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Planhat (or Gainsight/similar), and Zendesk, plus exposure to LMS/CMS administration.
  • •Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and key metrics that influence Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.
  • •Direct business-partnering experience with post-sale leadership (Partner/Customer Success, Clinical/Implementation, or Support).
  • •Fluency in post-sale metrics and advanced AI/BI skills (Claude/OpenAI, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, business intelligence tools) to build dashboards and drive insights.
