Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Manager in developing and executing change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
•Champion adoption of digital and AI-based procurement solutions to improve efficiency and track progress using KPIs.
•Implement and monitor digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
•Facilitate workshops, training, and communication campaigns; gather feedback and refine change strategies based on stakeholder insights.
•Track procurement savings and maintain documentation of change activities, lessons learned, and best practices; manage relationships with external consultants/partners.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
•PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification (or equivalents).
•3+ years overall work experience, with a plus for digital transformation project experience.
•2+ years hands-on experience across change programs, project management, and business analysis.
•2+ years of experience working on Ops Excellence/Lean/Six Sigma projects.
