Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality client support and own an SME portfolio, including promoting services and conducting risk management.
  • •Manage the end-to-end client journey and work closely with Claims and Aon Business Services (ABS) to ensure smooth, timely support.
  • •Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring advice is timely, accurate, and aligned with client needs.
  • •Contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers.
  • •Optimise systems and processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance, and champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practice.
