Key Responsibilities

•Work across multiple creator programs, adapting to different processes.
•Moderate Discord servers, chat with creators, and build relationships to keep programs healthy and growing.
•Review and vet creator applications to ensure creators meet brand safety requirements before they go live.
•Support earned events and campaigns from kickoff to wrap, jumping in where needed and distributing game keys and marketing assets.
•Collaborate with internal teams to track campaign progress, ensure high-quality results, and stay informed on content styles and influencer marketing economics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 27 hourly

•1+ year of experience in creator relations, Discord moderation, community management, or related roles.
•Passion for video games, gaming culture, and internet communities, including the creator landscape on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
•Confident using Discord for community management, including leveraging tools, bots, and server structure.
•Clear, timely, professional communication and confidence building relationships with high-impact creators and customers.
•Strong organization to manage multiple programs, creator communications, and deadlines while handling confidential information.
