Operations Supervisor- Punch Line Houston

Supervise day-of-show operations at a high-volume music venue, working closely with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor. Handle elevated staff and guest concerns across security, customer service, VIP experiences, amenities, and seat upgrades. Lead pre-shift meetings, circulate to maintain atmosphere and line of sight, and ensure responsible alcohol service. Complete incident reports, manage lost and found handoffs, and assist with ejection logs for special events.
