Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation of electrical systems interconnecting customer residential solar arrays to grid power.
  • •Ensure all electrician work is compliant with current NEC and local codes and of good workmanship.
  • •Complete solar battery installations as assigned.
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • •Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU), coordinating upgrades/repairs with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46.61 - 62.15 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical installation and repair experience required.
  • •Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Working knowledge replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels (preferred).
  • •Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent, e.g., wireman license) per local/state requirements.
  • •Clean driving record and ability to pass a driving background check; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
