Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety/environmental protocols and Fab Disciplines to reduce incidents and meet company goals.
  • •Lead the integration team for new technology transfer and execution of derivative DIDs.
  • •Drive process optimization to improve yield and efficiency using continuous improvement and establish process targets for inline and electrical product SPECs.
  • •Apply Quality, Output, and Cost programs aligned with the business plan expectations.
  • •Coordinate NPI execution across travelers creation, reticle ordering, Q-time setup, Germ process, SPC setup, startup conditions, lead-lot plans, wafer shipment logistics, qualification processes, and manage NPI session customer audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate a growth mindset and leadership by empowering the team, proactively addressing problems, communicating transparently, and owning responsibilities.
  • •Experience in DRAM process integration and advanced technology node knowledge, including process flows, structure, probe, and backend data.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills using a Model-Based-Problem-Solving mindset for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • •Ability to adapt to different roles, handle extra responsibilities, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple challenging tasks.
  • •Coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) transfer and pilot run activities with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, smooth deployment of new products.
