Job Summary

Lead integrated loan solutions product delivery for the Single Family Integrated Loan Solutions team, managing release readiness, operational governance, production support, and cross-functional coordination across product and technology. Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple product domains, improve delivery predictability, and oversee delivery metrics and portfolio health. Partner to identify AI-enabled delivery opportunities, support AI prototyping/experimentation, and coach product operations and agile delivery teams to strengthen governance and outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple product domains and manage portfolio-level dependencies and execution risks.
•Own release management processes, production readiness, deployment planning, and operational readiness prior to production releases.
•Partner with technology and product teams to reduce delivery bottlenecks, improve release quality, and identify AI-enabled delivery opportunities.
•Manage delivery metrics, reporting, portfolio health indicators, and coordinate governance activities (including dataset registrations, approvals, and operational reviews).
•Lead and develop Product Operations and related delivery support functions, coach teams on modern delivery practices and AI-enabled ways of working, and communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 155,000 - 209,000

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of experience leading complex product delivery or technology delivery initiatives.
•Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs and portfolios.
•Experience leading teams responsible for delivery, operations, or program management.
•Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
•Experience with AI prototyping, AI-enabled delivery practices, or emerging technologies.
