Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for Financial Systems, People Systems, Sales & Entitlements, Billing & Monetization, Enterprise Systems Data, and AI & Automation.
  • •Define and evolve the Corporate Systems product-management operating model, including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements, metrics, and lifecycle management.
  • •Establish cohesive portfolio strategy connecting domains to company objectives and partner with Engineering leadership on product/technical strategy and investment decisions.
  • •Drive portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions, managing dependencies across domains spanning systems, data, integrations, and automation.
  • •Lead product thinking for major cross-domain transformations (e.g., pricing and monetization models, enterprise AI adoption, ERP and billing modernization), and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management (technical/business systems) with significant ownership of complex enterprise or platform products.
  • •3+ years leading, managing, or formally coaching Product Managers and developing strong product leaders.
  • •Experience overseeing a portfolio of interconnected products, platforms, or enterprise systems (not just a single application).
  • •Strong product fundamentals: customer discovery, problem definition, strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements, metrics, and outcome measurement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
