Job Summary

Own full-life-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data. Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing; conduct technical and cultural interviews; and run assessments to evaluate fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape recruitment strategy, manage requisitions, recommend compensation, and present offers, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and ATS records.

•Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
•Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.

•3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

•Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter / social recruiting platforms.
•Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in the Waltham, MA office.
