Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the integrated project plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are actively managed.
  • •Facilitate project governance, workstream meetings, RAID reviews, and Steering Committee preparation.
  • •Drive accountability across functional, technical, testing, change, data, and regional teams.
  • •Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and escalations to support successful delivery.
  • •Support testing, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization, and produce concise project reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on project management experience in complex technology, HR, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • •Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • •Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, governance, reporting, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and integrate into an ongoing project.
