Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for assigned client projects, shaping propositions, architectural decisions, plans/roadmaps, and design artifacts.
  • •Drive key parts of the sales process by shaping high-level solution design, estimates, and contractual details for proposals.
  • •Coach and mentor delivery teams and junior colleagues as part of Avanade’s technical community.
  • •Engage early with clients, partners, and sales teams to support origination, deal qualification, requirements capture, and solutioning.
  • •Lead the evolution of AI development best practices and stay abreast of new AI/data technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide technical leadership on one or more client projects, including shaping deals and architectural decisions, roadmaps, and design artifacts.
  • •Play a key role in the sales process by creating solution high-level designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals.
  • •Coach and mentor more junior colleagues within the team and across the organization.
