Ethics & Conduct Risk Senior Officer

Serve as a subject matter expert directing and executing Ethics and Conduct Risk governance, oversight, and monitoring for assigned business units. Partner with first and second lines of defense to ensure ongoing adherence to program requirements, support senior leadership with enterprise initiatives, and help communicate expectations to areas of responsibility. Analyze policies, controls, and data to identify gaps and trends, compile risk committee materials, coordinate remediation from reviews/audits/examinations, and manage regulatory communications.
