Own the internal operating engine by designing Salesforce Service Cloud “future state” architecture for global, multi-entity workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Design “future state” Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for global operations and complex multi-entity workflows.
•Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including custom objects and complex Flow logic with integration points for fintech stacks.
•Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation to reduce manual touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
•Create KPI and SLA tracking architecture to enforce accountability automatically.
•Lead rollout governance and change management, acting as a liaison between BizOps, Product, Finance, and GTM Systems to ensure process changes don’t break the customer experience.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience with 2-3 years in a Lead/Manager role within FinTech or B2B SaaS.
•Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Flow Builder, Case Management, and data modeling.
•Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle or global mobility/payroll logic and how data flow affects the balance sheet.
•Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and push back when business processes don’t scale technically.
•Proficiency in process mapping (LucidChart/Miro) and querying data using SQL or Salesforce Reports to identify operational bottlenecks.
