Job Summary

Product Support Manager leads lifecycle support for two strategic radar/defense systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, manage field feedback, and drive obsolescence and stock strategies to secure long-term product performance within Thales Customer Worldwide Services.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the performance and longevity of the products by defining and implementing action plans to maintain and improve performance (fault tracing, functional improvements, support concept evolutions, technical documentation updates) and by analyzing field feedback to identify improvement axes.
•Lead the product support project by animating Core Teams and tracking deliverable schedules to ensure commitments are met and by establishing the scoping note and roadmap for in-service products aligned with CWS strategy and customer needs.
•Handle complex technical questions by steering problem resolution (outside the support concept) in collaboration with product engineering and domain experts, and capture RETEX in reference bases for optimal lifecycle mastery.
•Anticipate and secure product longevity by contributing to obsolescence strategy and defining a strategic stock to meet long-term availability objectives.
•Ensure product availability and lifecycle management through cross-functional coordination, risk management, and ongoing knowledge capitalization.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in a technical field, with experience in managing technical products (ideally radar, military systems, or critical equipment).
•Experience in lifecycle management (obsolescence, stock management, contracts) and cross-functional project coordination (budgets, reporting).
•Proven ability to pilot transversal projects, animate core teams, and define product roadmaps aligned with customer needs.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with a rigorous approach to problem solving and documentation.
•Ability to drive performance improvements, action plans, and capture knowledge through RETEX and lessons learned.
