Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure on-time sampling and packaging, proper use of packaging materials, equipment operation per procedures, and maintain a 6S-compliant worksite.
  • •Prepare packaging materials for production, handle finished goods packaging and transfer, and complete equipment cleaning and warehouse material transfers.
  • •Follow and enforce company EHS rules, participate in EHS training, and support maintenance/repair and third-party employees in meeting plant EHS requirements.
  • •Monitor safety for maintenance/repair areas and support preparation steps for energy isolation, pipeline flushing, equipment cleaning, and required work permit safety measures.
  • •Check equipment safety and operability, perform sampling and packaging per instructions, report safety/quality issues to supervisors, and execute emergency shutdown procedures when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Chemical technical secondary school (化工中专) graduation with 5+ years of related chemical plant operational experience (joint-venture/foreign-owned preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of chemical production and engineering plastics knowledge.
  • •Experience in packaging for chemical products or warehouse work is preferred.
  • •Ability to operate PLC or DCS.
  • •Ability to respond to emergencies and solve problems.
