Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • •Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • •Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and facilitate Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • •Work with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, estimated backlog and track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown) to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Configure and standardize Azure DevOps boards, backlogs, queries, and dashboards, ensuring epics/features/user stories/tasks are accurately captured and updated.

Key Requirements

  • •BTech in computer science (or related quantitative field) or equivalent experience.
  • •6-8 years of total experience, including 4+ years in project management and Scrum Master roles.
  • •Proven experience delivering projects using Azure DevOps.
  • •Advanced hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog refinement, estimation, and velocity tracking.
  • •Desirable certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, and PMP; knowledge of PMI-based project management principles.
