The Visual Lead will drive in-store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in collaboration with the Visual Manager. You’ll lead a team, plan floor changes, manage product presentation, and ensure visual standards align with directives while supporting overall store operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes in line with directives and with the Visual Manager partnership.
•Plan Visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll considerations and adapting zones to meet business needs.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Utilize reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, making necessary changes.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
•2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, product placement, and floor plan execution.

•Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making and team mentorship.
•Ability to move quickly on the retail floor and adapt to business needs, budgets, and timelines.
