Originate and grow Truist Mortgage loan business by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Use in-depth knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market guidelines to provide sound advice to clients. •Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Ensure compliance with Truist policies and procedures and state/federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently run Truist’s referral process and support mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
