Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cargo warehouse and freighter ramp operations at appointed station(s) as the main operational point of contact.
  • •Plan and oversee key activities, routes, and products to meet performance requirements including OTP, eAWB, Cargo iQ, and SLA metrics.
  • •Drive freighter OTP by fulfilling ramp coordination and freighter operations supervision tasks.
  • •Ensure cargo operations are safe and secure through regular inspections and compliance with safety (SMS guidelines), security, and company procedures.
  • •Raise PR, PO, and GRN in SAP, verify supplier invoices, and manage VIP/special services from acceptance to customer delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of cargo operations experience or equivalent capacity.
  • •High school diploma.
  • •Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations.
  • •Good verbal and written English.
  • •Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality and Auditor training is an advantage.
