Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the central point of contact and primary liaison for the mechanical hookup team in executive, client, and tool vendor alignment meetings.
  • •Define and manage scope boundaries between base-build utility infrastructure and tool-specific point-of-connection hookups.
  • •Resolve critical engineering, scheduling, resource, and cross-functional conflicts between competing trades and tool owners.
  • •Monitor financial performance, manage cash flow forecasting, review change orders, and track earned value management (EVM) for the mechanical scope.
  • •Partner with master scheduling to align mechanical installation sequences with Tool In-Fab (TIF) and Tool Install Ready (TIR) milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • •8+ years of project management experience focused on high-purity mechanical and process piping construction.
  • •Minimum 5 years working in an operational, large-scale semiconductor cleanroom environment.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) credential or an active professional engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
  • •Advanced knowledge of high-purity piping materials (PVDF, PFA, Electropolished Stainless Steel 316L EP) and relevant safety standards.
