Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, train, and develop talent across the area and coach/mentor area leaders and associates for long-term retention and growth.
•Set expectations for product, service, and partnership, and drive a customer-success culture through training, coaching, and customer value measurement systems.
•Create an incident-free, high-safety environment while maintaining strong housekeeping and executing safety policies.
•Actively manage the area sales team, including account assignments, territory planning, sales call planning, and new business growth.
•Develop and execute fact-based area strategies and action plans using performance metrics, monitor progress, and adjust initiatives/resources based on results and market changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

•Advanced knowledge of inventory management and replenishment strategies, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
