Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI transformation of design systems and workflows so AI can read, consume, and generate from design system assets.
  • •Build and iterate internal AI design tools using Vibe Coding to develop agents, skills, and tools that speed up team adoption.
  • •Explore and build automated asset generation tools and maintain them to improve design output efficiency.
  • •Participate in data production and aesthetic labeling to create training materials for design system and AI model evolution.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to translate design system specs and components into high-quality multi-platform implementations and validate UX via business metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficient with Vibe Coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to deliver end-to-end high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • •Data- and business-savvy with strong design taste; able to curate and refine AI-generated content into high-quality outputs.
  • •Self-motivated, hands-on, and learning-oriented, with habits of reflection and summarization.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
